The SAL-2016 seamlessly integrates wired DALI drivers into the Casambi wireless lighting control system. It addresses up to 16 DALI driver addresses, making DALI luminaires appear as virtual devices within a Casambi network. A built-in 130 mA bus power supply means no separate DALI power source is needed, and a built-in real-time clock keeps scheduled scenes running autonomously. Commissioning is done entirely through the Casambi app — no DALI-USB dongles, no PC software.
Key Benefits
Control up to 16 DALI-addressed drivers from a single unit. Each DALI device appears as an individual virtual fixture within the Casambi network, supporting full group and scene control.
Integrated 130 mA DALI bus power supply eliminates the need for a separate DALI PSU. Simplifies panel layouts and reduces component count on smaller installations.
Full compatibility with DALI D4i energy reporting, DT6 colour temperature, and DT8 colour control standards. Works with the broad range of DALI drivers on the market.
